IN NO EVENT SHALL SKILL ORBIT'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF ₹1,000 (ONE THOUSAND INDIAN RUPEES).

If the grievance process does not result in a satisfactory resolution, both parties may agree to mediation or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms. Mediation will be conducted by a neutral third-party mediator mutually agreed upon by both parties.
If mediation is unsuccessful or not pursued, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The arbitration shall be conducted as follows:
The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, whether in arbitration or court, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose. Otherwise, such claim or cause of action is permanently barred.
If any provision of this Dispute Resolution section is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
